Her first acquaintance with business happened at a relatively young age, when she took over family businesses. In 2003 she founded her own company, Roula Rouva Real Estate Agency, which is now part of Roula Rouva Group of Companies.

Today, after having been distinguished and awarded five times – in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 respectively – by the European Property Awards for her real estate agency Roula Rouva Real Estate Agency, which is based in Corfu, and after having been distinguished by Who’s Who Publications as a “Leading Woman in Business”, Roula Rouva has reached the top in the business world.
