How do you take out and clean the spark arrestor i cant find anyone of any info on someone doing this

So I have a klx250s, and I if i buy the powercore 4 would it be necessary to buy the megabomb header to? I am a tad confused on what the header does exactly. Plus was the installation difficult or nah then after the installation did you have to take it to a shop to get it jet or whatevs. Sorry I am new to this ish.
