I wonder during this current crisis how can we deliver Zakat of Ramadan and Eid to poor people, there is difficulties to even pay Aid and supplies to them ?! And will it be considered Zakat still or charity if you pay it when blockaeges lifted ?! I know zakat of Eid and Ramadan given only during its time to be considered Zakat but current crisis make it difficult to deliver .

What about close relatives? What about Hadeeth no 307 and 308 in Sahih Bokhari? 9:60 relates to the spoils of war in context. What about parents who are in debt. The obligation to care for parents and grandparents applies to regular care..food, clothing shelter, meds etc. What if they incur a big debt? A huge medical bill can often put anyone in debt. Unless a person is immensely wealthy, how do you expect them to give zakaah away to miskeen while their own parent is left in the lurch? I don’t think Allah intends to put anyone in that kind of difficulty bcz this religion is about ease, not difficulty. So if a parent gets a huge medical bill and one pays it off, after that if one still has the nisaab amount qualifying for zakah, then zakah will be due on that excess that has remained with you for a year. If you have not enough left, there is no zakah due anymore. Please get practical in your responses. The Noble Prophet emphasized to give zakah first to dependents (if eligible), There are many places where the Quran mentions Walidayn first in conjunction with sadaqat, then aqrabeen, then yataama, then masaakeen then the wayfarer. I may be wrong. Only Allah KNOWS best.
