NTSC vs PAL differences might not be too fair. Still amazing how in sync the first game stayed.

redream premium ( the real version ) runs much better than in this video

No pcsx2 pra alguns jogos de luta 2d se usa modo software pra resolver defeitos gráficos.
Em geral prefiro emular as versões dreamcast mesmo por ser mais leve.

Coloca quanto de filtro e resolução aumentada usou em cada um deles e tipo o SF 3 e SF Alpha 3 nao tem esses defeitos graficos de quadrados e listras nao, se configurado certinho no PCSX2. E teve um jogo de dança voce usou regiao PAL 50 fps no PCSX2 e no Redream 60 FPS. No geral os dois emuladores sao leves e rodam iguais.
