You made the right choise, but make sure you do a regular oil change on this car conform the manual, and make sure it's the right oil also! 😉

The B setting of the gearbox is not some "regenerative braking" but it stands for BRAKE. It is used to provide additional engine braking when descending steep hills and it prevents overheating and damaging the brakes . Read manual and stop misinformating people man. Apart from that, have a good day.
