Fotech Case Study

This is an interview with Susan Moritz, Chief Operating Officer at Fotech, discussing how Fotech worked with Monochrome Consultancy to deliver a series of projects to embed an operating model which allowed them to scale sustainably with quality at their core.

Monochrome Consultancy provided Project Management, Cyber Security Consultancy, Process Consultancy and Business Change/Culture Change Consultancy to the Fotech Team over a 10 month period.

We delivered for Fotech:
- A full process library and deployed a new BMS solution
- An Information Security review and data classification
- A migration to MS Dynamics for a new customer service solution linked to Fotech's CRM
- A Culture Change including Vision and Mission definition

This was a great example of two teams sharing a vision and working hand in hand to achieve the goals. We thank Susan and the Fotech team for the opportunity to deliver this success with them.
