Is there any sealing that needs to take place under the van where the self-taping screws were drilled?

Are there any big box stores that have the insulated Zip boards? It's a relatively new product.

Do you sell the template for routing the grooves into the insulation part of the flooring for those people that don't own a CNC machine?

Where can you purchase? We have checked HD and Lowe’s. They only cover plywood by Zip, none have foam attached.

Beautiful CNC work with the Zip-R. Maybe there was an opportunity to create (CNC) a rebated lap joint between the sections though? I think ExploristLife did a manual/non-CNC version of the same (rebated lap joint). I'm still torn on the need to screw to the van floor. Typically the remainder of the build (cabinets/seating/weight of electrical/water tank) should be more than sufficient to keep the floor down, and it's not like the screws make the floor sufficiently structural to avoid electrical/plumbing from being separately secured to the van floor (M6/rivnuts etc).

I can't believe you drilled all those holes in the metal floor of the van.
