Ways to Collect Names in Google Quizzes (Number 1 Mistake Teachers Make in Google Forms!)

When using quizzes for the first, second, or fifty-second time, teachers continue to make the mistake to add a name section to Google Quizzes.
I give a couple ways to make sure you know who submitted their assignment.

It is beyond stupid that this is how to fix this problem. For a big company like Google, this is a poor show.
