IPM bottom boards check, June 23

As we continue with our first year keeping bees, Sean and Z are out of state leaving me in charge of taking care of our bees. Problem is I am not a beekeeper, I have not taken any of the classes or read any of the books, and I don't have a full suit, unlike the rest of the family. But today I put on my big girl pants (and Sean's bee suit) and helped them out by getting our pest inspection done by taking out the bottom IPM boards while they are away. This will also help keep them cool in the hot weather with good ventilation.
No mites or beetles were seen on this trip, just some more larvae from what we assume are hive beetles living in our Russian Nuc hive.
Aside from feed them to the chickens, what do we do?
