Hi,

First of all, thank you for your videos- they are giving me an insight into optimizing my bike fit.

I hear from your video that you suggest a 38-42 degrees of the knee angle.

However, I read from a lot of sources that the optimal angle is from 25-30 degrees, is the knee angle you suggest better for the run after the bike leg?

I'm a very flexible person, can easily hug my own legs and hold the position.

Thanks,
John

Thanx for the vids it is very informative.
You mention 38 to 42 degrees as the angle. I noticed you crank arm is also at 12 o clock. I have read that some say 25 to 35 and settle at 30 degrees with the crank arm inline with the seat tube on a road bike.
Which would be better or correct ?
