How is it that during the driving sequence you state after your first turn that you can feel the four wheel steering, when the convertible doesn't have four wheel steering, they can't fit to that model because of the extra strengthening add to stop flexing of the floor pan.

As an extremely happy and fortunate owner of a 2018 Lexus LC 500 Coupe - InfraRed w/Toasted Caramel interior, I can elaborate on the title of the video. No, this is not an Aston Martin for half the price. An Aston Martin is a horrible car to own and it does cost about twice as much as this Lexus. Comparing the LC 500 to any Aston Martin is like comparing a DeWalt Circular Saw to something you'd get from Harbor Freight as far as reliability goes. The Lexus IS the DeWalt for the Harbor Freight price. When you buy an Aston Martin, you know you're in for a world of hurt as far as your bank account is concerned. These expensive cars made in Great Britain are even more expensive to maintain. The Lexus LC 500, on the other hand, is ten times more beautiful and 1000 times more reliable. You get all that and more for half the price ... but it's not like owning an Aston Martin. It's simply half the price of one. If you do select, because of stupidity, the Aston Martin, chances are you will put about 5000 or less miles on it, figure out you blew it big time and put the damn thing up for sale. Don't believe Just look at any Auto Trader or Automobile For Sale website and you will not only see Aston Martins but a whole bunch of other ridiculously priced cars made in Europe that are simply too expensive to maintain. There really is no comparison!!

By far the best thing Lexus is selling these days. No it's not an Aston for half the price. It's undoubtedly a higher quality car than the Aston, and you can argue the looks about which looks better, but performance wise it isn't even close. The Aston will blow this thing into the weeds. The real competition for this car would be something like the M850i Cabrio, S560 Cabrio, SL550, F Type or 911 Cabrio models. Those all pretty much outperform the Lexus, but the Lexus will be more reliable and less of a pain to own money wise, and the Lexus looks as good or better than any of them except the Porsche. I'd go for the 911, but you can't go wrong with this Lexus, it's a stunner. But comparing it to an 200K+ Aston is nonsensical. If you can truly afford the Aston you aren't looking at this.

I’ve been thinking since the beginning that they should’ve axed the rear seats which could be used as a very usable trunk space, at least for the coupes, but I love the LC 500 but it’s way out of my financial wheelhouse

FYI, the verts don't have rear steer bc there isn't enough room with the folding mechanism.
