A 2 hour call tells you it was productive. China has a chance to either get a top seat next to the USA as a world leader by finding an exit route for Putin or facilitate a man who will start a nuclear war because he does not have a powerful enough army to face down NATO in a conventional war or the money in an economic war. Doesn't sound like a difficult choice to me.
