Cool optimization you can do is instead of cooking the meal back at landing you can just wipe after getting the ingredients you need bc there's a campfire after you wipe behind where you spawn. Also, when you do this force wipe you don't actually lose anything so no extra time gathering anything (at least from all the times I've done this). This saves you a min or so.

or u can just use fodder enchant Stones and get 48 per character

This method no longer works this quickly. They patched it so that you have to wait 10 minutes on a fresh slot before you can obtain an oath

if you have at least one starting knowledge, you can also soulbound a 0 stat enchanted weapon from a bank slot, put it back for reuse and gain extra echos. Nice!

Edit:Turns out you actually cant just take out an already soulbound item and have it count, though if if the enchanted item isnt already soulbound and you yourself soul bound it, you’re good
