Thanks for the video Jon. I agree that it’s a good assistant at this point. However, it’s just a matter of time before a ChatGPT type system is embedded in Excel and answers Excel questions, specifically. At this point, there will probably be a lesser need for data analysts who rely primarily on Excel for analytics as even Excel novices will be able to write or speak questions and the Excel AI will produce the results they are looking for. Until then I’ll keep watching all of your videos and continue to expand my Excel skills. Thank you, Jon!

Thanks for sharing this review. It's interesting to see how powerful ChatGpt is, but there's no replacement for mastering Excel. I agree it could serve as an assistant.

I used Chatgpt - to teach me how to automate
- pulling 11 plus data source reports from online
- filter and format the data
- Dashboard the data
- Adhere to a conditional trigger system, that determines the position of each AR and AP
- Automate sending AR and AP email blasts
- Automate applied payments.

AR and AP specialists are a thing of the past. . . .

I’m not so sure but I will get to know it better before raise my anxiety. Weeeellll… It feels weird…just as I got hang of Excel functions and tools and all sorts, there it comes AI and take it all away from me… see?, meaning… I don’t even need to come to your channel and see if you have a tutorial about this and that!! I don’t like it… well, as long as AI still requires human to operate it, then it is acceptable, otherwise…I’m doomed 🙁I bet this can be done in combination with power automated…so I’ll be history for

Correct me if I'm wrong but it only uses what it has already processed, so can't predict new things with any accuracy. So whether it has been shown explanations for a thing is how it can explain the thing itself. It's not omniscient.

Also it is an algorithm programmed by people, and trawling the cesspool of the internet, so conclusions it draws are no more intelligent than the very low average of humanity. And if the algorithm has no weighting for integrity of source, or worse has inbuilt toxic bias, the results will just reflect that human derived blindspot...

Is that a fair assessment? We are a long long way from the Singularity or whatever.

I don't know why humans are obsessed with AI. Do they even realize that they are making their owm replacement? A job that might require 2-3 people may now be limited to one people or worse the machine is sufficient! Stop making AI tools is my serious appeal. Else there would be severe job crisis in future
