1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan)

2) Add 185g self raising flour, 200g granulated sugar and 185ml milk to a bowl and stir until combined.

3) Pour 80g melted butter into a large rectangular dish followed by 14 broken Oreos.

4) Spoon the batter over the butter and Oreos then smooth it out.

5) Sprinkle 275g light brown sugar on top.

6) Gently pour 370ml hot water over the sugar.

7) Bake for 40-45 minutes.

8) Enjoy!

Notes:
Serve warm with any side of your choice (ice cream, cream, Oreos)
