Temps close to yours. But I was trying to set up my new heater. 4 hours no heat bcuz of open gas lines. It wouldn't stay burning. But I got too cold. So I took the new heater & open gas line out and put in the old heater finished at 5 p m. It's now 11:45 p.m. and finally warm enough to go potty. Afraid of ice cicles!😊

Oooo eggs. $6 for a dozen jumbo at my local Walmart here in metro Detroit. And the egg case is half empty no matter when I'm there. Eggland was not on the shelf at all, just Great Value. The cage free law went into effect December 31, 2023. That's when I noticed the reduction in stock and the jump in price. The politicians swore the new requirements would not responsible for the increase, now they are saying there may be a 'slight' price hike as adjustments are made. Ridiculous. The law was passed in our state back in 2019; the producers and retailers have had plenty of time to adjust before it was enacted.

Good evening! Temp here in NW Wisc is -18° with -30°+ wind chill. 😢 .. 52° in my bedroom (backup heat not working). Cat 🐱 room is 72° so he's getting a bed mate.

I use my kislux as a work bag and have had no issues at all. It’s a comfortable bag, fits a good amount and hadn’t lost its shape. With that being said, I also take care of all my bags and don’t carry a water bottle, pens, keys or anything that can damage the interio

We do tortilla pizza all the time!!! I spray the pan with nonstick oil…place tortilla down…cook 3 minutes on 400…take out put the sauce on…let kids top cook until the cheese is melted…about 10 minutes ish…I keep the oven light on to watch. Depends on cheese…but I let them do them.

Did the full inventory. I'm stuck trying to organize, as there is no table to organize so with written inventory in hand I'm rotating and hoping to only add new items WITH the most current, say ugly chicken. That said, once I use up the older stuff then at least all of the ugly chicken will be in the same place. So stock will be more organized, though not perfect, and I can work on organizing step by step.

I didn't get to watch this till today. Very interesting talk and lots of topics. I don't have a computer and have to watch all the videos on my phone. I try to commit on most of them. It would be hard for me to be on a live video and I can only type so fast. Still I think you're doing a wonderful job at all this. I missed the live but I’m loving this Canuary! I’ve already done the Chipotle beef, sloppy Joe mix, the chili recipe, and have on my to do list many more! BTW right now in Ohio it’s 8° feels like -5° but with my hot flashes it doesn’t effect me much 😂 I had the air on in my car the other day while people are dressing in layers I’m getting looks because in not wearing a coat 🤣 Edited to say pantry challenge: I’ve only spent $8 this month on creamer only because I refused to open my emergency supply of powdered creamer. Many more freezer, and pantry meals still left. My pupper is happy too because she got chicken, rice and green beans cooked for her. I’d found a pack of chicken thighs that needed to be used.

2.69 for 18 and 1.69 for 12 at Foodlion. Got some of each in a pickup.
