Actual digestion of lipids doesn't occur in mouth
Lingual lipase originate from the gland at back of tongue which acts on lipid substrate in the stomach in acidic medium
And also digestion of lipids in stomach is almost negligible due to low pH
However in case of infants milk fat can be hydrolyzed by gastric lipase in some extent bcoz pH of stomach infant is close to neutral

Lingual lipase is secreted in saliva but it gets activated in the stomach so digestion of fats starts in the stomach not the mouth.
