You got me at chili paste with green mango. Here in Indonesia I usually eat it with crispy fried duck but this looks so delectable also.

Great video man. Btw, do you have any recs on what to do with a lot of leftover herbs (basil, cilantro, parsley)? Feel like I always buy more than I use. A lot of more European food influencers tout making pestos to use them up. Wondering if you have creative ways to use them that are more ‘Asian’ inspired? Thanks!
