Thats a really nice apt. And i have lived in fort worth for all my life 53 years and didn't even know they had those apt. On interstate 30 your not far from me maybe 10 minutes welcome to tx. Hope you like it as much as i do

It’s so calming. I’m working toward minimalism but haven’t figured out how to get from here to there… yet! Maybe helping others do the same could be another income stream for you!
