It is constantly saying to update your phone app since i have reinstalled it 7 to 8 times from Playstore. And i am just stuck on that windows in s 20 ultra. Really sad 😓, it is not allowing to procede.

How to copy a file from my phone and paste it in my pc

am stuck on the first page itself on my galaxy a50 (it is in the supported devices list), no matter what i do i cant login, i tried logging in with the default id which i never used, tapping on log in with a different account as well as the QR code option but all it showed was 'login failed', ( i tried installing force stopping as well as clearing data of both apps, uninstalled the your phone app to its default version without update as its inbuilt, and then updated it once by google play store and once by galaxy store. I contacted samsung as well but to no avail)

I can start calls from PC but the sound of the phone is not forwarded to my headphones connected to the PC. Is it a bug or this is how it works? I'd like to be able not only to start the call but have the whole call from my PC.

Does my phone have to be connected to the same internet connection as my phone in order for the to work? OR can I be connected to my home internet wifi on my pc and use the LTE data internet connection on my phone.
I'm having issues getting this to work for me, when open the pc companion app and try to scan the code it pops up as an error. PLEASE can I have some help

Suggestion, turn off the background music which quickly becomes annoying background noise. We are watching these to hear and understand what is being said not fight the noise. Many folks have hearing difficulties thus the background noise make the understanding process quite difficult.
