Samsung you just launching your products, and if we are going to buy it online from your official website. It is either show "get stocks alerts" or "out of stock" or " due to high demand it will take s up to 2 to 3 weeks". It is happening in North America and you live agent service is horrible waiting time is up to 2.30 hr....seriously!!!!

Another thing is that whatever products available online and saying out of stock the same products available in nearest shops. There is something wrong in online purchase please listen your valuable customers I hope it will be sorted out.
