This tie is great for the Merovingian knot as it is reversible. Although I don't own a Magnetie and I probably can find a way to modify the Merovingian knot so that the small end goes flipped, it would be cool if you made a video for it.

just a suggestion, since the step by step was kind of short, maybe a second time in first person view as im usually facing a mirror when putting on my tie...

Interesting... I go from the right to the left at the last step (covering the front to make it look good) also, the bottom of my knot is smaller giving it a more triangular shape. am I doing it wrong?

Great videos! I'm learning a lot from your "how-tos". Now, I did some search around and found Thomas Fink's page. There's a nomenclature (I wanted to come up or find something like that to take notes on the steps involved) that's very useful, also some math related to this (if you're interested). According to him the Windsor goes first to right, then to left, after 0:48 the triangle obtained is much more.. triangular. This way works too but in my experience the internal triangle looks better. What do you think?
