I find it ridiculous that the federal courts would dismiss this case as these searches/questioning are not consenual stops. Timing a approach during the line up to board the plane and prolonging the stop to get a drug dog only to have the victims ( which alot of them are) give consent for a search is literally coercion under duress because missing a flight can pontentially lead to a lost contract/termination of employment/missing a special event (wedding, graduation) ect...

Doubling down with the asset forfeiture that alot of these police departments hide behind in taking people's funds (regardless if they are innocent) is just .... We NEED to reign in American policing becuase these bad actors behavior behind the badge and precident that federal and local goverments have provided over the years is outright disgusting.
