ISC is the developer and maintainer of the ISC DHCP and Kea DHCP software systems. This work is supported by the sale of hook libraries that extend the management capabilities of Kea, and by software support contracts.

Internet Systems Consortium maintains and publishes the Kea DHCP software (and the now-EOL ISC DHCP system before it) under the open source MPL 2.0 license. ISC is a non-profit, operating to help support the Internet infrastructure and facilitate independent connection to and participation in the Internet.
