I wouldn't say Vitali's style was boring. He could mix up his right and left hooks, keep distance or sting with the jab, and perform one-twos and uppercuts like the best of them. His movement/footwork was superb, always shifting to a new angle to attack or evade. If anything, he was efficient and the two stains (losses) on his record are questionable, which tells all you need to know about his style.

Vitali was better… some say he never lost a round, and his only 2 losses was a bad shoulder injury that could have ruined his career if he continued, and a stoppage because of a cut above his eye, and he wanted to continue…

I think both Vitali and Wlad were good fighters in a terrible heavyweight era. Would they have been so dominant in the late 80's or early 90's? I doubt it very much. And we won't even discuss them competing in the 70's or early 80's. I always thought Wlad was the better of the two brothers, but I'm also a fan who likes action fights and you're right, Vitali's style was boring to watch.

They're great. But most guys they fought their own size gave them notably more problems in many cases.

Most guys the klitschko brothers defeated are more pumped up cruiserweights or "bridgerweights"
