Herby Breakfast Quesadillas 🌮 #Shorts

I love frying the cheese up first for a crispy/melty cheese interior to my dillas. These are herby and SO GOOD!

How to make::
· 3-4 eggs
· ¼ tsp basil, garlic, salt, paprika
~scramble~
· cheddar cheese (per quesadilla)
· chopped spinach
· chopped tomatoes
· red onion, minced
· Tortillas (I used flour fajita sized, and it made 4 dillas)
