Double cleansing has helped me with the clarity of my skin soo much
Made this video a year ago so here’s an updated for those that asked 💖

I didn’t include how long to do each step because it can be different from person to person. If you’re trying to target your sebaceous filaments you may want to massage the oil cleanser for at least a few minutes. If you’re just doing the daily cleanse, massaging the oil cleanser for 30ish seconds may be just fine.

With your water based cleanser, cleanse for as long as it takes for you to feel like you’ve thoroughly cleansed your entire face and neck. Don’t just apply your cleanser and wash it off.

If oil cleansing is not your thing, Micellar water is an option.
I have acne prone skin and I love the cleansers here:
Anua cleansing oil
Naturium cleansing balm
Face reality ultra gentle cleanser
If I want a deeper cleanse I use La Roche posay effaclar medicated acne face wash (I mostly use this in the am though)

I personally always avoid applying any cleansing products close to my hairline. Make up, cleansers, suncream, etc have chemicals that can easily irritate your scalp and contribute to a receding hairline.

My hairline improved massively when I started paying attention to this.

Sara, would you let me know why were you prescribed tretinoin? I mean when you went to your dermat what were your complaints? Because I don't feel like one can simply go and say "i want an anti-ageing ointment? Can i use tretinoin ?"

hey !!, you asked me to narrow down the questions, here it is:

imagine yourself to be a begginer or a girl/boy who has no knowledge of skincare
Q1.how would u start finding your skintype and problem u feel in your skin (eg acne, pimple, dullness, etc)
Q2.according to the problems, how would u start finding correct products (keeping in mind there are plenty of products in market and its hard to buy all and try one by one)
Q3.how should a good skin actually feel and look, so that you can judge the current skin routine and continue with the product usage
Q4.how will u decide if your skin needs to be treat twice or thrice a day (maybe ur skin care and routine is correct but it need to be done once or thrice a day)
Q5.After comming to a certain level (reduced issues i.e acne, pimple, dullness, etc), how would u level up your skin maybe by trying some serums, techinques, etc without degrading the current level (here u should have a idea when your skin is feeling degraded)

also for boys ig its hard to find changes in your skin and know what treatment it need, if u can also suggest a way to know more about skin health
