I've had pimples for one year. I started getting better by doing small things like using a clean towel and changing my pillowcase often. I use a mild face wash from litttlextrra riiceberry which is pH balanced. Consistency has helped significantly. Now, I have a simple 3-step routine that I use every day, and I'm slowly recovering.
