“I’m Trying To Build A Time Travel Machine” | This Morning

They say time waits for no man but theoretical physicist Ronald Mallett may have just proven this wrong. At 10 years old Ronald lost his father to a sudden heart attack leaving him devastated. After being inspired by his father's love of technology and the HG Wells Classic 'The Time Machine' he has dedicated his life to studying Einstein's theories on time travel in the hopes of going back to 1955 to warn his father about his poor health. After a major breakthrough, Ronald believes it is possible to travel back in time and hopes to create a machine that can do just that. He joins us live from Connecticut to tell us about the science behind his time machine.

I know how he feels. I wanna build (or steal) a Time Machine to back in time to save friends and family that I could’ve saved from dying, but didn’t. I think about the guilt of those decisions I made almost everyday. It destroys you mentally, physically, and spiritually knowing that you could’ve saved people you love from dying but didn’t.

I already built one .. and it works perfectly .. and it is particularily simple !!! just place a chair in the middle of the room. Have a seat on it - and now the magic begins !
Close your eyes and you jump one minute into the future in exactly 60 seconds .. just sitting there.. amazing I am still working on the reverse gear.. but you never know.

Ronald will save his dad’s life like he wanted. He only wanted to make the machine to go back to when it was turned on so he can save his job. And he can’t do that. He must go back in time and save his dad like he wanted. And he can’t give up hope.
