When Cuddy is admitted to the hospital with what may be life-threatening symptoms, House is confronted with the fact that he is not the supportive boyfriend Cuddy needs him to be, and her surreal dreams (including a scene choreographed by Mia Michaels) may be trying to tell her something about her relationship with House. Meanwhile, the team treats a student (Brett DelBuono) whose emotional scars run deeper than his physical ones, and Taub must decide if the student is a threat to others, or a kid struggling to find his way.

I remember the most shocking moment in House was when he operated on himself after trying an experimental drug for his leg. It showed just how insane he was getting. The moment when he realised how far out of his depth he was... panicked and tried to call for help.. and realising there wasn't anyone. That stuck with me.

It's a little weird hearing Hugh Laurie's accent. I know he's British but he has such a great American accent.

The "Get Happy" scene was one of my two favorite scenes, the other was in the next episode where House jumps from the balcony.

Honestly, this is one thing House always got right. Dreams, nightmares, hallucinations etc. scenes were always very well done and always hit the note they were supposed to.

Though after Cuddy leaves him I always hated her. He relapsed during a time where he was vulnerable, and his partner left him knowing that was an issue he would be dealing with for the rest of his life.
