REVIEW of MARK WIENS BANGKOK RESTAURANT | BEST FOOD of BANGKOK 2022

I'm on the streets of Bangkok Thailand to try a restaurant I've been wanting to try for a long time (I had to wait until travel restrictions lifted). This is Phed Mark , a restaurant started by Mark Wiens, Khun Tan, Khun Pongthep, and Chef Gigg.

Pad kaprao is easily one of my favorite Thai dishes, and a spicy, savory, stir fry filled with chili's, fresh Thai holy basil, and smokiness from wok-hei.

Phed Mark เผ็ดมาร์ค is located directly in front of the Ekkamai Bus Terminal, and 1 minute walk from Ekkamai BTS Station. From Ekkamai BTS Station, take exit 3, go down the steps, make a u-turn, walk past the 7-11, and across the street to Phed Mark.
