I went Dell Alienware AW3225QF. I never cared for curved monitors, but the curve is So slight/minor, I hardly ever notice it. I love it. The color accuracy and Dolby Vision support, to me raises it above all others outside the Asus QD-OLED (P, not M). I also love Glossy.

I feel like the Alienware Aw3225QF doesn't get the love it deserves. The most overlooked aspect of it is the Dolby Vision function. I play physical media 4k UHD Disks on this monitor an it takes advantage of Dolby Vision. I know I'm in the minority but it looks incredible. A game changer for sure.

i pounced on my AW3225qf as i had been hyped for 4k oled to hit monitor size. It continually blows me away. Daily drive for work and play 10hr day usage for the past year no issues

> Want a glossy/glass screen
> Don’t want an OLED for productivity use
> Nothing exits (not including Apple)

Just patiently waiting for 27 inch 4K OLED monitors.

In the UK the Alienware monitor is currently reduced to £839 from dell or amazon. The Asus and Msi models are way more expensive. I got the Alienware last month and paid full price but I have no regrets. I wasn't sure if I'd like the curve but as it's right in front of me on my desk it feels quite immersive for gaming and watching content. If you need a monitor upgrade an oled looks so beautiful compared to an ips display although it certainly wasn't cheap.

Hey, I am a big fan of the monitor unboxed sub channel. Can I suggest that you do a video on big screens replacing multiple smaller ones?
For example the LG C2 42" OLED or similar, because it's effectively cheaper than most OLED Monitors, but there are no real reviews when
using these LG TVs as PC Monitors. I think there is much to explore here and makes for good content.
And it's not just if it's a viable options, you could explore things like how to manage the 4K desktop with FancyZones to practically emulate
multiple screens on the 4K with a 1440p window mode game on one side and smaller discord and youtube windows on the other.

Nice transition music. I must admit its been a short while since I've watched a Monitors Unboxed video, so I was pleasantly surprised to hear the new transition music. Great video and content as always as well.

I like the curved screen on the AW, very immersive, also one of the least expensive ones.

Just got myself an AOC Agon Pro AG326UD - 4k 165hz OLED (32 inch). Haven't seen reviews anywhere and would be curious but I'm loving it so far!

I went with a 4K TV and having a wall handy for mounting made my "monitor" upgrade choices easier. Hisense 55U8G 120hz HDMI 2.1. It's several model years old now, but $700 including the wall mount kit made it a lot cheaper than OLED or LCD 32" monitors at my time of purchase.

i just picked up the Samsung G80SD 4k 240hz - current deal - 15% off Black Friday, 5% off using the Shop app and £100 off for a trade in on my old monitor (12 year old benq 24inch) took it down to the same price as the Alienware - £799. Not been disappointed just like I haven't been with my Alienware DWF 34inch.

I LOVE how 4K looks at 27", and who ever says that the difference isn't that big because your PPI is already way above 100 with just 1440p is completely wrong, but my problem with 4K monitors is that the ones that have 144Hz or more are really hard to find. I'm looking for a new monitor, and I wanted a 4K one now that I have a 4080.

Because DLSS exists, I also wanted a high refresh experience playing at high and using frame generation, but... like I said, they're really hard to find. At least good ones, and there's a lot more to monitors than just resolution and refresh rate.

I am in the market for a 32” 4k monitor so I have greatly enjoyed your very informative videos. Unfortunately I wont be able to spend the money for OLED, so I’ve been looking seriously at your recommendation for the LG 32GR93U. My only concern is, I have noticed in the customer reviews on Amazon etc, it seems quite a few arrive defective ie, dead pixels or fail in the first few months of use. While I’m assuming that the unit you received for testing worked perfectly, my question is do you take reviews and comments made on other sites which sell the monitor into your decision to recommend it. I don’t know if anyone from Monitors Unboxed reads these comments, but if possible an answer would be greatly appreciated. As a fall back I am leaning towards a Dell G3223Q as it seems to have mostly all positive reviews from buyers with little to none being returned for bad pixels etc. Thanks again for such great content on your site

I've got the MAG 321UP, love it for games and color. Not super happy with how text looks, but I've found some scaling and font adjustments make a good difference.

Are we going to get a 34"+ 4k (5k) ultrawide this year?

I just bought an Alienware 32 " 4k OLED, coming from a 38" ultrawide 144 hz IPS. Alienware was significantly less expensive than the other options. The increased pixel density and OLED picture quality is really good. I was apprehensive that I was buying into the OLED hype. It is not hype. I am surprised by how much I can see the upgrade.
