Steroids for trees? 💪 Keep it organic & specific

Before you rush to the garden center and buy fruit tree fertilizer, assess whether or not you really need it.

Craig recommends using it like a steroid. If you have healthy soil, your tree may not need the extra boost.

If you are using a fertilizer, there are two things we like to keep in mind:

1. Use organic fertilizers
2. Use a tree-specific fertilizer if possible

There are fertilizers made specifically for citrus, avocado, etc. and those are created with a specific purpose.
