I used to work at McDonald's in the UK, not once have I cooked or prepared anything from scratch. We usually have the ingredients layed out for us.

Shrettuce is my new go-to. I legit bought a bag of shredded iceberg last night to make crispy chicken sammiches w home fries. Even used the McDs dupe recipe where u soak in water w corn syrup. (I used granulated sugar, same results) However, this chicken recipe looks a fk ton more delicious than mine was, although my husband said it was perfectly crispy & evenly cooked. I used a 3:1 flour/corn starch breading w no egg wash, just single coated. I did marinate in Italian for an hour prior which acted as a binder for the dust.
