Definitely recommend self reviews!! Especially to interns, 1st years in accounting. Even I, yes an experienced accountant, can make mistakes/typos that can be caught with self reviews.

I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve received on my work from managers, directors because a self review was performed and they were able to concentrate on other work. Thanks for all your FSA

I'm a few weeks into my Big 4 internship and I absolutely love it! I fought for a spot on the assurance digital team and I couldn't be happier, I'm doing data analytics and programming! I'll even get to help consult other engagement teams on how to automatize their work and then work on some tech audits myself.

I definitely need to work on 1 & 4.

For #1, it's being present. When someone speaks, I try to listen, but while I'm listening, I'm also thinking of the past and future at the same time. I've also had trouble listening/understanding fast talkers.

For #4, I care way too much about what others think. For instance, I often think "what if this person looks at me like a beginner" or "I may just be bothering this person if I include him/her on this email"

I had to shut the video I had to shut the video off after about 2 minutes because I was going to have a seizure from all the repetitive edits. Please spend a little bit of time practicing your material, because your information and personality are very good but the constant edits are hideously distracting.
