The other day I was watching Ramayana and Brahmarshi Vasishtha was teaching Shri Rama and other students, where he spoke one line which completely resonated with the value of empathy which you mentioned. It was "Vidyaam Dadaati Vinayam" i.e. Sacchi Vidya wahi hain jo Vinay pradaan kare. That line alone instilled the values of empathy and benevolence so much within my mind in such humongous magnitude, that it cannot be explained in words ❤🌼

Great video, Shweta. Really well explained. Though just wanted to put forth that in my experience hard-skills are equally important as soft-skills, if not more.

In my opinion, in the initial years after MBA, it is in fact how well you can execute in your job that will propel you in the higher leagues than how well you can communicate, empathise and design-think - which are qualities which get the stage to display themselves a few years later.

While I say that, my assumption here is that, a B-school student from even a half-decent B-school will over the course of two years develop basic soft-skills. My point is, soft-skills is minimum expectation, however, hard-skills are specific to which job the student aspires for, hence necessary 🙂

The contents which you were making in English were much more helpful. I am not against Hindi language itself. But hearing your content in English would do two things at a time, getting your precious knowledge and also add some new English words or some phrases in our mind or at least the tone . I know Hindi is liked by most of the people out there in the audience. But still.... Although, the knowledge you deliver is always very high and of pure quality . Much appreciated.
