The entire living space of Option A is 7.28m x 6.30m(45.86m²).
Open plan layout, with dining 200mm elevated.
Arranged like this:
Main lounge 6.30m x 4.2m.
Additional lounge or VIP section 3.08m x 2.8m.
Dining 3.5m x 3.08m.
Total floor space 45.86m²

Option B.
Main lounge 6m x 5m
Dining 3.6m x 3m.
Total floor space 40.8sqm.

Sir; these two living spaces which one is larger and better.

I think many people cannot create a floor plan from scratch without some experimentation and fussing with design. For me the XL command (Horizontal or vertical) is the most powerful tool in AutoCAD and rarely discussed. Please add this to your presentation.

I love your tutorial so much. It was very helpful until I went to add the furnitures. Your palette had all the furnitures already and mine had none. What am I supposed to do in that case? Do I draw the furnitures manually. How did you have the exact furnitures?

How do I download the "AIA Version 3 layer standard DWG file" you said you are supplying us with? I want to load it into my Layer Translator but I am not sure how to proceed. Thxs
