Please, advise regarding the following:

I received the attached e-statement only from ECCTIS for both Academic Qualification Level Statement & English Language Proficiency Statement, however in my application statement I should provide teo documents.
- Confirmation from Ecctis that your degree was taught in English
- Ecctis letter that confirms the qualification meets or exceeds the recognised standard of a Bachelor's or Masters degree or PhD in the UK

Will they understand that I have both on one document or should I make copy and upload it twice for example after renaming each file as follow:-

Job Start date is 1st December 2022
Job end date is 1st July 2025 (As per COS) 
And I apply on 28th November 2022 and if I put my expected travel date is 30th Or 31st November
It would be a major problem or it is not ?

If it is a major issue what should I do now ?

Actually i visited 2-3 countries in last 10 years. Now i have alredy submitted the application, please help what should I do in this situation.
