Madam - skilled worker visa with a COS was 38k for 1 year and 42k for 2 years 10 years back when I travelled to the UK from Accenture, I am surprised they reduced it to 26K which invariably means salaries haven’t grown in the UK ..

I have a question and looking for an answer kindly guide.
In Sep 2023 I submitted my study visa application since it took long time for decision and university didn't extend I opted to withdraw my application and it was accepted and got refund. After few months I realised from the documents I submitted for study visa that  tenure of my experiences were incorrect in CV submitted and latest organization details were missed out in CV.
Now I want to apply for work visa and I am getting fear as my CV will be different with the one submitted in study visa. Also the latest organization I have to update now. What shall I do. Will it cause me any problem. Will they raise any question why CV or experiences are not properly updated.
