Sony A5000 Camera Review

Looking for a good cheap startup entry level Sony Camera? Have you thought about a Sony A5000?

In this video, I’ll be looking at this Sony Alpha Series Camera.

This mirrorless compact system camera was launched in 2014, but the question is, is it still worth having or buying in 2020?

Showcased by Sony (at the time of release) as the World’s smallest and lightest interchangeable lens digital wifi camera, the Sony A5000 packs a 20.1MP Exmor APS-C Image Sensor, has an ISO range of 100-16000, built in Wifi and NFC all weighing in at 210g.

The lenses I have in this video are the:

16-50mm lens that comes as standard with the camera
55-210mm lens

It’s masterpiece is the 180 degree flip LCD screen that allows you to view yourself when shooting which is an important part in today’s Selfie and Creator Creation culture.

The Sony A5000 is a great entry level camera, particular useful for someone who is new photography and wants to get use to an interchangeable camera without having the burden of getting and spending on a large DSLR camera.

So back to the first question, is the Sony Alpha A5000 still worth having or buying in 2020, yes it is.

Hello Just wondering if you can possibly add a link for the 75-300mm lens. I just purchased this camera for travelling but had hoped to put a longer lens on it. How is the quality of the shots and in your opinion for long distance photography is a different camera a better way to go? Thankyou so much x
