Показать описание
Inside this short fat loss video, I'm going to talk about carbonated drinks. So number one, are they healthy or not? And number two, do they cause belly bloat or can they cause bloating?
And truth be told, there are some actual benefits to drinking carbonated beverages. There's been a little bit of research shown that it can actually help you improve digestion. It can increase your ability to swallow and even make you feel more full and even reduce constipation. So there has been some research done showing that there are some health benefits to carbonated drinks. I'm just not sure that it outweighs the negative.
And the negative aspect is that carbonated drinks can bloat a large percentage of the population because they contain a gas called carbon dioxide. And when you drink these beverages, you end up swallowing large amounts of this gas. It gets trapped in your digestive system, and this causes uncomfortable bloating and even cramping.
So the other question that we often get is, do carbonated drinks damage your teeth, or are they bad for you in other areas? And truth be told, as long as they're not sweetened with sugar, like cola or even diet cola, which contains tons of chemicals that are harmful to your health-- as long as it's a sugar-free, chemical-free carbonated beverage and it doesn't bloat you or you feel like you don't have digestive issues when you consume it, it can actually have some health benefits.
