I was there….as a friend of the Presley’s. 😊 This video does not do Axl justice. It was a cold, damp depressing day at Graceland. Even more so honouring the reigning Princess of Graceland, Lisa Marie. I personally was in tears.. After enduring my twin sister Kristine and her sudden passing by suicide in 2020. I knew Lisa’s pain in loosing her son Ben. I played this piece at my sisters memorial (yes, I play the piano). It was single handled the hardest thing I’ve ever done, so astounded and bereft with grief. When I received Lisa Marie’s service folder at her memorial and saw Axl playing I could not believe it…apparently this was one of her favourite songs, and Kristine’s also.

It was a heart wrenching moment, but so incredibly beautiful. The entire service was breathtakingly beautiful, for such a beautiful soul, who endured so much…

He was crying as he’s singing here so of course his singing will be affected here. His singing is still phenomenal and he’s 61 years old! Any haters out there can’t even sing like him at his age lol. His new song, Perhaps.. just released to public today is so great. He’s a 200 millionaire so his singing is definitely amazing to make him super rich. Anyone who says he can’t sing that great anymore, you can’t even sing and be as rich as him lol. So stuff it.
