Axl Rose speaks at Lisa Marie Presley memorial at Graceland: 'This is truly devastating'

Guns N' Roses singer Axl Rose speaks at the memorial service for Lisa Marie Presley at Graceland in Memphis on Jan. 23, 2023.

Lisa Marie Presley was 54 when she died January 12, after being hospitalized for a medical emergency.

Lisa Marie Presley will be buried next to her son, Benjamin Keough, who died in 2020. Other members of the Presley family, including Elvis, are also buried at Graceland.

Axl Rose performed at Freddie Mercury's Memorial in 1992. Freddie had loved Elvis so much that he wrote "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" in 1979 as a tribute to Elvis .Lisa Marie loved Queen and Freddie so much that when she saw them in concert shortly after her father died, she gave Freddie one of Elvis' scarves. Our lives often have beautiful threads running through it. Lisa's certainly did.
