Actually, to me is much more than a love story because of all the details. Now that I rewatched it as a grown up, I felt how rich this movie is. And I think that their love story made the Titanic story count even more as I was in pain for all those people. How this ship became a character by reflecting so much of our human ego and beauty and this is so well captured on film... And, of course, Jack has an important role in Rose's life as he helped her keep her inner fire alive and not give up on her heart's desires. This is so powerful...
