Pastafarianism, Jediism and Scientology share somewhat similar origins to Christianity, but will any of them become the next big religion?

Religion is just another thing that makes us human, you can choose to follow one or not. When people start saying, if you are not in a certain religion and they call you a devil for it, that is how wars start...

Thousands to millions of people still worship the Greek gods. They are called Hellenic polytheists and follow Hellenic polytheism. It's an officially recognised religion in Greece.

Also, myth meant spoken or written word in ancient Greek, so it didn't necessarily refer to made-up stories.

Lastly, I can't believe that some people follow a religion where they worship pasta. They could just be doing it for fun, but some might actually take it seriously. I mean, us Italians love pasta, but most of us will never make it into a religion.

I am going to create Stellarism. Stellarism is a religion focused on worshipping the universal creation of all matter and life. People who believe in Stellarism believe that the universe has created everything. They believe that all religions have a place, and what you believe is what you believe. But Stellarism is very loose and accepting. People do infact worship the universe and pray to it for happiness, health, prosperity, and more related things. It’s very simple and there’s not a ton of research to be done, other then, you know, what it is and what it will become. What other religions might evolve over the next generation?

- Simism: assuming we and our entire universe are all the product of an elaborate computer simulation in a hard drive somewhere else, adherents pray to the programmers and operators that they don’t shut off the sim, and ask that they install new mods in our favor.

- Giaism: worshiping the Earth itself as a supernatural entity, capable of intelligent thought and magical powers

- Trumpism: Many emperors and dictators of the ancient world declared themselves to be living gods. Perhaps someone in modern times will do the same.

It might be funny if all the rational skeptics started to worship Ken Ham, and his only begotten son. I wonder how everyone would react to that.

Don't know how to get started, but my goal is to introduce the "religion" centered around an expression of God called XenoFighter. Effectively, God as a Divine Video Game. One that empowers those who are its "Players" to be their best selves.
