I like that markdown files are supported but there should be an option to place the preview below the raw markdown besides having the preview on the right.

I really like the "New Item" window and I love the Http feature to send requests to the API. Please keep going with this release videos 👍

The new search looks promising. Btw can we get Zen mode?

Like them all awesome work 👍.
But could you please add search feature when specifying multiple statup projects in a large solution with many projects, please 🙏

These look to be great enhancements. But Mads, you left something out! Where and when do we get VS 2022 v17.5! All I can find is a month old 17.5 preview.

(Not related to new version) As a guy who uses Rider IDE alongside with Visual Studio, recently I found one more thing more convinient in VS rather than Rider - changing variables values when debugging.

The features look good. I still am missing”hard wrap”. Editorconfigs, coding rules, column guidelines and so on are all about keep a consistent code base across developers. It might not be as seggy - but it would be a huge everyday improvement to have code break (hard wrap) the same.

CTRL-F put all variations of find in one dialog box. If not at least let us to choose. Give us the option old or new. Change the dialog to Find | Code Search | Feature Search. Allow us to choose which tab on the dialog is default when CTRL-F is pressed, find, code search, or feature search. Then when I press CTRL-F I get the one dialog box opened to what I want. I can switch to the other if need be. What has been known for years and what works in other apps will continue to work. CTRL-F is to find not CTRL-T or CTRL-Q. You could keep those binding for those that can remember them. Because of muscle memory these features might never be used.

The built-in http client is very cool!

The new file dialog is not shown in my MVC web application project (.NET 4.8) when I click add new item. Are there any restrictions for this? I have a class lib project with .NET 7.0 where it works?!

I like the http editor, seems like you have added some postman/swagger abilities into this release. Curious to see how this evolves over future releases 🤔

Looking forward to trying this, hopefully you’ve fixed the rename class bug that causes an instant crash!

When can we expect a new UI? The current UI design gives me a feeling that I was using Office 2003.

Did anyone manage to get these features working? Like the new "create file" menu and the C# current scope highlighting?

Is the Quick Add feature project-specific? I do not see it when I click New Item and I'm on version 17.5.2

Great, they've added the features that have been available in Rider for years now.
