See, the thing is, it probably WOULDN'T kill her. She was just refusing to use her powers, but the thing is her powers tend to kick into overdrive on self-preservation to return her to the status quo. That's why she was trying to just stay at home and safe and sound where she wouldn't be at risk of anything.

The best way to actually effectively stop her is sedate or paralyze her without risking her life; so that you can just imprison her instead, because there's no real continuity where anyone knows that she has for sure died 100% within the timelines.

Not really every time she’s healed herself like like that she was near death but still alive and subconsciously healed herself I’m sure if someone killed her outright like if thragg just tore off her head she wouldn’t be able to heal herself also she 100% could use her powers while pregnant but if he had over used them her powers would’ve drawn on the energy her baby needed to survive and might’ve killed it

She isn't unkillable, she has been killed in multiple other dimensions or timelines. Many of them was by Invincible himself.

Except now with the show, Eve's "full body reset" is completely tied to her body's ability to send trauma signals to her brain. IF Eve were to get paralyzed.. not only would she be unable to use her move and use powers, her body reset failsafe wouldn't activate either.


That's how an Evil Invincible managed to subdue the alternate shaved-hair Atom Eve in one dimension. He wanted to keep her alive as a "pet" but didn't want her to fight back so he snapped her neck, paralyzing her whole body except for her facial muscles 💀💀

Way for her to counter-act the effects is through hypnosis, to subconsciously connect herself sith her unborn child and have her subconscious view that as part of her own body, and that her body, with the child however far along it is in development, being included in being restored, with her pregnancy of the unborn child included (can't have the fetus revive outside her body). She can clearly do it already, she did so with mark and their born child. It'd just be a tiny bit more mental work to make the pregnancy thing work with her powers

Eve is killed in like, most alternate timelines depicted in the show. The reason she regenerates is time, when she regenerates it’s due to a slow death which she sees coming from a mile away. An instant death or near instant death bypasses the opportunity for her mind to push past the subconscious block. Even a slow death that ends in extreme brain trauma would probably be enough to keep her from regenerating. The fact that main timeline Eve survives isn’t because she can’t die, but because she is lucky enough to avoid a situation like what happened to the other Eves
