The word *preoccupied* called my attention because it is similar to the adjective in Spanish *preocupado* that means being worry about something or thinking about something important that isn't going well. It's like busy, but just in the mind.

I knee deep learning English with you. Sometimes I can be swamped with work but I have always time to watch your fabulous videos, for example right now I'm very preoccupied. Thanks for sharing this! It’s very helpful, honestly i didn’t know that there are so many ways to say “i am busy”. After watching this i might try to use one of them starting from now on instead of saying “i am busy”
But i’d love to know which one is polite and which one is not? Considering i am working in a Hospitality industry
