When I was visiting Japan back in 2018 I was taking a sushi class and a small group of elderly women were talking about me. Nothing bad, it was in fact the opposite. They were gushing about my eyes and said I looked like a doll.

Literally the same in S. Korea. Having "good proportion" is a compliment in Korea too for example being tall, skinny, with long legs.
