Please just dont follow this standarts, especially ones about weight and A4 paper. I'm quite short(153 cm) and my weight is around 46, 5 kg. Sometimes I can se my bones, it's not really ok(I'm scared to imagine how it would look at someone who is higher than me) My waist is like 50 cm, wich is XXS, but i still can not fit into an A4 papersheet, because we all have organs, girls.

Lol, I'm a chubby redhead with freckles. I traveled around a bit there two months ago. I had a couple of older Japanese and highschool girls come up and tell me I was cute. I know a little Japanese so when they called me cute and I responded thank you and a couple of compliments back. They'd start giggling and have full conversations with me.

The older Japanese women told me I was cute but I think it's because I'd ask them how they were doing today or make fun of myself if I got lost and needed help with directions.

I was nervous going there at first - because of my very polar look to their standards, but I realized just relaxing and being polite - really opened complete strangers up.

During my 20yrs in medicine, while working 3rd shift in the medical lab. I would take a side gig at private medical offices. My worst assignment were with endocrinologist these doctors deal with the glandular system. Majority of their patients were women and most in that ' skinny' is fit mindset. Outside of the screwed up hormone system, they also had to have psychological treatment. Many never realized that the human body needs " fat", the nervous system acts like a electric circuit and we all know that the wiring must be insulted or short circuit occurs. Many very thin esp women have tics, involuntary movements, twitching . I only lasted a few months in the division of medicine, just too depressing especially the reasons many gave for their quest into thinness. 😢
